Tore Haakonsson

Tore Haakonsson currently serves as the Director and Head of Global HR Operations at Elopak since September 2023. Haakonsson has a diverse career in human resources and organizational leadership, including significant roles as Chairman of the Board for the Center for Erhvervsforskning Fond and owner of DONE Sustainable HR solutions. Previous positions include Director of HR at GRUNDFOS and CHRO at Solar A/S, where Haakonsson implemented various innovative HR strategies. Education includes an MA in Law from Aarhus University and advanced leadership training from IMD.
