Paula Maria De Castro Monteiro Munz

In 2000, Paula Maria de Castro Monteiro Monteiro Munz began working as a plant operator for ElringKlinger AG in the Elastomer Technology/Modules unit. She was elected to the Works Council in 2002 and continued working in the production unit until her release in 2006. Since 2008 she has been Deputy Chairwoman of the Works Council, with special responsibility for working women, disabled workers and partial retirement programs.
