Karen Roberts is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Els for Autism Foundation. With a background as a Director of Human Resources at Area Agency on Aging Palm Beach/Treasure Coast Inc., Karen also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College teaching SHRM certification classes. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Stetson University, a Certificate in HR Management from Capella University, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business.

The Els for Autism Foundation, established in 2009 by four time major-winning golfer and World Golf Hall of Fame player Ernie Els and his wife Liezl, is committed to helping people on the autism spectrum fulfill their aspirations to lead positive, productive and rewarding lives. Els for Autism focuses its work on these six impact areas: Therapy, Education, Recreation, Global Support, Adult Services and Research.
