Els for Autism
Loden Coleman, MSW, has a diverse background in social work, with experience in various roles including Assistant Manager of Employment Programs and Adult Services Program Coordinator at Els for Autism. Prior to this, Loden gained experience as a MSW Intern at UNC TEACCH Autism Program and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolinas. Loden also worked as a Student Teacher at Reedy Creek Elementary and served as a Buddy for children participating in Special Olympics. With a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Loden's experiences have equipped them with a strong foundation in working with individuals with autism and other mental health diagnoses.

The Els for Autism Foundation, established in 2009 by four time major-winning golfer and World Golf Hall of Fame player Ernie Els and his wife Liezl, is committed to helping people on the autism spectrum fulfill their aspirations to lead positive, productive and rewarding lives. Els for Autism focuses its work on these six impact areas: Therapy, Education, Recreation, Global Support, Adult Services and Research.
