Katrin Mayrhofer serves as the COO and Co-Founder of ELSA Industry S.R.L. since August 2020, also acting as a liaison for Romania at the Advanced Air Mobility Institute and holding a position on the Advisory Board of the European Rotorcraft Women Association. Previously, from June 2017 to October 2023, Katrin worked at INCAS as the HO Planning and Assembly and Program Manager for the Clean Sky 2 RACER project, overseeing various European research initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Airbus Helicopters across project management and planning functions from May 2011 to June 2017, as well as positions in media consulting and sales management in earlier career stages, beginning with an office role at Lentz Automobile GmbH in 1999. Katrin's educational background includes attendance at Friedrich-List-Schule Ulm from 1995 to 1998.
