Rémi Piot is a seasoned healthcare leader currently serving as the Directeur de l'Hôpital Privé Saint Claude at ELSAN since January 2023, overseeing a hospital with extensive experience, numerous specialties, and significant patient capacity. Prior to this role, Rémi founded Implica Consulting Healthcare in January 2008, where expertise in health systems has been demonstrated through the management of over 110 projects across multiple European countries, enhancing hospital operations and patient experience.
