Noha Swelam is an experienced professional with a background in civil engineering, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from Ain Shams University. Noha has held various leadership roles, including Talent Management and Development Manager, Strategic & Organizational Performance Section Head, and Development and Organization Lead at ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEMS PROJECTS. Additionally, Noha has worked as a freelance trainer for Skills Bank, LOGIC Training & HR Development, and Quick-Wins, showcasing expertise in training and development. Prior to these roles, Noha served as a Senior Product and Service Projects Delivery Engineer at Etisalat Misr.
