Erika Bryant

Erika B. has extensive experience in educational leadership and community development, currently serving as Chief Development Officer, Strategic Advisor, and Executive Director at Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom Public Charter School since June 2013, after holding various positions within the same organization from 2003 to 2013, including Managing Director and Operations Director. Prior roles include Program Associate at The Finance Project, Administrative Officer at Africare, Project Associate at the Council of Chief State School Officers, Program Associate at Opportunities Industrialization Center of America, Inc. (OIC), and English Teacher with the Peace Corps. Erika B. holds a Professional Learning Certificate in EdLEADers from Stanford University Graduate School of Education/Business, a M.Ed. in Education Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in English with a focus on African and Caribbean Literature from Spelman College.
