Heidi Lavigne

Heidi Lavigne is a seasoned professional in student enrollment services and social work, currently serving as the Team Lead of Student Enrollment Services at Elsmere Education since January 2019. In this role, Heidi has developed and provided training to staff and conducts biweekly meetings with enrollment coaches to foster empowerment and problem-solving. Prior experience includes successfully launching an online MSW program as a Senior Enrollment Counselor for the University of Oklahoma, and handling office management tasks while coordinating a new office opening at Insperity. Earlier roles with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts involved supporting consumers as an Eligibility Social Worker and assisting case managers as an intern. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Gordon College.
