Lena Jaffe

Lena Jaffe has extensive experience in education and community engagement roles. Currently working as a Student Success Coach at Elsmere Education, Lena manages over 300 online graduate students. Prior to this, Lena served as a Program Advisor at EF High School Exchange Year, overseeing international students in American high schools. Lena also has experience in grant management and community engagement through roles at Downtown Streets Team and AmeriCorps. Lena holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development from Loyola University New Orleans.
