Nicolas Dassieu Blanchet

Nicolas Dassieu Blanchet has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Design and Development Engineer at Elsys Design. In this role, they are responsible for ASIC architecture design and verification for Thales Alenia Space, as well as DFT RTL implementation and scan architecture design.

Prior to Elsys Design, Blanchet worked at JOTATEC for over a decade. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Senior Design and Development Engineer and Design and Development Engineer. In their senior role, they led a team in designing and developing a fully functional medical diagnostic ultrasound, ensuring compliance with IEC standards. Nicolas also performed Java and C programming for digital signal processing algorithms, worked on multithreading processing and FT232H driver optimizations, and handled continuous integration, code quality analysis, and testing.

Additionally, Blanchet worked as an intern at JOTATEC, where they utilized Motorola GSM modules for medical applications with ARM7 Microcontroller and gained experience in PCB design and routing.

Furthermore, Nicolas Dassieu Blanchet had a brief stint at ITBA, where they worked as a Firmware and Software Developer (GEDA) for the duration of nine months.

Overall, Blanchet has demonstrated expertise in ASIC architecture design, verification, and implementation, as well as programming, continuous integration, and software development for medical diagnostic devices.

Nicolas Dassieu Blanchet pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor's degree from Lycée Franco Argentin Jean Mermoz, which they completed between 1995 and 2001. Nicolas then enrolled at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2002 to 2008 to earn their Engineer degree in Electronics. Later, they attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Master's degree in Embedded Systems.
