Marcia Roth

Marcia Roth is an experienced professional in human resources and corporate excellence, currently serving as Head de Gente, Excelência Corporativa e Juridico at Elsys since April 2016. In previous roles at Myers Industries, ManpowerGroup, and Price Waterhouse Coopers, Marcia managed significant HR projects, including payroll management, labor negotiations, and the development of talent retention programs. Marcia also has experience in outsourcing HR processes and coordinating staff for large-scale operations across multiple locations. Marcia holds a degree in Business Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and is certified in Executive and Life Coaching from ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute.
