Eli Yaffe

Eli Yaffe is the CEO of Eltek, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, they were a CEO at a private company and a strategic consultant to the CEO of Israel's Energy Company. Eli has also been the president of Carmel-Forge LTD since 1996, during which time they have turned the company around from deep loss and negative cash flow to positive profits and strong cash flow. Eli has also been recognized as a World Class Operation for production of critical rotating parts for Jet engines.

Eli Yaffe received a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, majoring in Energy (with honors). Eli then went on to receive an MBA in Finance & Marketing (with honors) from Bar-Ilan University. After that, they received an MA in Energy studies from Tel Aviv University, majoring in Heat & Mass Transfer. Finally, they completed the UTC emerging leaders program in Executive Leadership at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2008.
