Naama Megidon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in organizational development, recruitment, and employee training. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Eltel Technologistics LTD. since February 2021, Naama has previously held HR Manager roles at CNW - Courier Network from July 2011 to January 2021 and at Alvarion Ltd. as HR Coordinator for the R&D Division from July 2009 to May 2011. Early in the career, Naama specialized in recruitment processes at Tema from February 2005 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Haifa, complemented by a high school education in Exact Sciences and Languages from Ruppin.
