Kaitlin Ramos is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success, strategic partnerships, and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Eltropy since January 2021, Kaitlin has played a pivotal role in enabling financial institutions to enhance their digital engagement through innovative communication solutions. Previous experience includes positions as Strategic Partnerships Manager and Program Manager at Northwest Credit Union Association, where Kaitlin drove credit union outreach and program execution. Additionally, roles at Pacific Crest Securities, Greater Spokane Incorporated, Arbor Crest Wine Cellars, and Spokane Club showcase strengths in relationship management and event coordination.
