Frida Lindal has an extensive work history in HR roles. Frida began their career at IKEA Group in 2006 as an HR Generalist and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an HR Specialist at Kretslopp och vatten, Goteborgs Stad. In 2018, they joined Nordic Wellness as an HR Specialist until 2019. In 2019, Frida worked at Bevego Byggplåt & Ventilation AB as an HR Support for a brief period of time. Currently, they serve as the Head of HR & Communication at ELU Konsult AB since June 2020, where they previously worked as an HR-Partner from 2019 to 2020.
