Lee Wilke

Lee Wilke has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Lee began their career at Duke University Medical Center in 2000 as an Associate Professor of Surgery. In 2009, they joined the Board of Members of the Navigate Cancer Foundation. In 2010, they were appointed as the Director of UW Health Breast Center and Division Head of General Surgery at the Department of Surgery, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. In 2014, they joined the Board of Members of Susan G. Komen Central Wisconsin Affiliate. In 2015, they were appointed as the Interim Division Head of General Surgery at the University of Wisconsin and also co-founded Elucent Medical, Inc. In 2020, they were appointed as the Associate Director Clinical Research at the UW Carbone Cancer Center. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Medical Director of Clinical Oncology Services at UW Health.

Lee Wilke began their education in 1981 when they attended Charles W Woodward High School and graduated with a High School degree in 1985. Lee then went on to Duke University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience in 1989. Following this, they attended Duke University School of Medicine and obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 1993.
