Disha Sharma

Disha Sharma is currently serving as the Technical Team Lead for Bioinformatics at Elucidata, responsible for delivering AI solutions that integrate biological understanding and complex data for actionable insights. Prior to this role, Disha was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University, specializing in single cell and bulk multiomics data analysis and collaboration with bench scientists. Disha's experience also includes a tenure as an Intel India fellow, where the focus was on population and disease genomics, and a Project Fellow at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology, which involved research on circular RNAs and non-coding RNAs. Disha holds a PhD in Biotechnology from the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology and has obtained both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and Banasthali Vidyapith, respectively.
