Rachel Dwiggins-Beeler has a robust background in education and leadership, blending her expertise in teaching, curriculum development, and client-focused strategies. Since 2020, Rachel has served as the Vice President of Client Experience and Communication at eLumen™ Collaborative, LLC, where she has played a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement and ensuring seamless communication strategies across educational institutions. Her work focuses on empowering clients to maximize their use of eLumen’s products while fostering innovation in assessment and curriculum management.

Prior to her role at eLumen, Rachel was an Instructor at Contra Costa Community College, where she taught Communication and actively participated in faculty development initiatives. Her responsibilities included designing curriculum, implementing competency-based education models, and promoting critical thinking and assessment strategies. Rachel’s contributions to faculty development also included workshops and guidance on improving teaching methodologies, aligning course objectives with measurable outcomes, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
