Erik Karlström

Erik Karlström has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Erik started their career at the Swedish Armed Forces as a Swedish Arctic Ranger, where they developed a strong work ethic and learned to operate in challenging conditions. Erik then transitioned to the corporate world, working at Linköping University as the Chairman of the Board at the student section of Computer Science, demonstrating their leadership and motivational skills.

Erik then moved on to become an ERP System Development specialist at Teleservice Skåne, where they were responsible for system design, testing, and documentation. Erik also worked at IFS, where they completed their Master's thesis.

In 2010, Erik joined Toyota Material Handling Europe as an ERP Application Specialist, focusing on implementing Movex/M3 and surrounding systems in the Market & Sales companies. Erik later became a Global Process Manager at ArjoHuntleigh, leading service and maintenance process improvements through a global ERP implementation.

Currently, Erik works at Elvenite as a Business Area Manager and Senior Project Manager. Erik is part of the management team, leading the ERP & Integration team and has extensive experience in business transformations and ERP implementations. Erik is also a partner at CombinedX.

Outside of their main roles, Erik serves as a Board Member at Infoteam - Infors brukerforening i Norge. Overall, Erik's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, ERP implementation, and leadership.

Erik Karlström completed their education at Linköping University from 2006 to 2011. Erik earned a Master's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Economy, Business processes, and Management. Additionally, they pursued their Master's degree in Information Technology with a similar concentration at Linköping Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Erik obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2020.
