Michelle Norman

Michelle Norman has extensive experience in the field of quality and regulatory management in the medical industry. Michelle is currently working at Elvie as an Interim Lead Design Quality Manager. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Quality Systems Specialist at Elvie. Michelle also worked at Philips as a Quality and Regulatory Manager from 2016 to 2022, and as a Regulatory Affairs Manager from 2013 to 2022. Before joining Philips, they worked at Elekta Ltd as a Product Specialist, where they provided support to product users and engineers in the field of radiotherapy. Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Higher Medical Device Specialist at the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), where they gained knowledge of device regulations and the roles of Notified Bodies and Competent Authorities.

Michelle Norman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the University of Sussex in 2005. Michelle then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Medical Physics from the University of Surrey in 2006.
