Ashley Kratzer

Ashley Kratzer currently serves as the Executive Director of Finance & Controller at Elwyn since April 2025. Previously, Ashley held the position of Controller at Simpson from July 2021 to April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Financial Reporting and Senior Accountant at Wesley Enhanced Living from July 2015 to July 2021, and as Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate at CohnReznick LLP from October 2012 to July 2015. Earlier in the career, Ashley worked as an Audit Associate at Reznick Group P.C. and gained experience as a Revenue Cycle Internal Auditing Intern at Geisinger Health System, along with a Tax Accounting Internship at Dave's Tax Service. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from King's College (2007-2011) and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Villanova School of Business (September 2023 - May 2025).
