Jennifer Stryker

Prior to joining Elwyn, Jennifer served as the Human Resources Director for the Bryn Mawr Trust Company, where she set the strategic direction of the Human Resources Department and the organization people strategy, including: talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, and organizational development. Her career includes leadership positions with Amerihealth Caritas and Fleet Credit Card Services. Jennifer is certified in MBTI, Korn Ferry (Talent Management, Voices, Career Architect and succession planning tools), Achieve Global (including Zenger Miller and KASET, Negotiation Skills, and Diversity programs). She received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications and Training from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA.
