Nikole Cabrey

Nikole Cabrey is senior vice president and chief financial officer at Elwyn. She oversees all financial activities and serves on the executive leadership team.

Nikole joined Elwyn in April 2018, where she served as executive finance director before being promoted to vice president of finance in December 2020. Nikole has an extensive background in corporate finance, financial operations, and revenue cycle and has been instrumental in driving change and improvements in the finance department at Elwyn.

Prior to Elwyn, Nikole worked at Doylestown Health System where she served as director of finance, leading value enhancement programs to automate and streamline processes and improve cycle time. Prior to Doylestown, Nikole worked at Grant Thornton as a manager in both the audit and healthcare advisory practices advising health systems and non-profits on mergers and acquisitions, revenue cycle, and finance transformation.

Nikole is a CPA, a Penn State graduate, and currently lives in West Chester, PA with her husband, Steve, and son.
