Karen Morphy has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Karen began their career in 1999 as Senior Vice President Customer Operations Support at DST Output, where they managed National Customer Operations, exceeding contract value, revenue, and profit goals every year. In 2004, they moved to Solectron as Global Account Director, signing 3-year agreements with Sony Electronics for $9M and Sun Microsystems for $30M. In the same year, they also joined Flextronics as Global Account Director. In 2008, they joined Gartner as Senior Account Executive, improving the relationship and revenue with the largest State of California IT organization. In 2009, they became Program Director at WITI, where they established the Sacramento Network of WITI. In 2011, they joined BlueMorpho Consulting as Sales and Marketing Consultant, establishing the sales, marketing, and management infrastructure to enable growth in clients' top line revenue. In 2014, they joined Elyon Enterprise Strategies as Chief Strategy Officer and VP Marketing & Business Development. In the same year, they were also hired by Zachman International to design and launch a new Zachman Consulting partner affiliation program, and to provide key strategic and marketing direction/support for the company. Beginning in November 2015, Elyon became Zachman International's first Consulting affiliate. During their time with Elyon Enterprise Strategies, they were responsible for driving organizational growth and navigating change both internally and externally with clients, as well as assisting the Chief Executive Officer with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives. Karen also signed significant new IT consulting business with State government clients in California, Oregon, and Washington.

Karen Morphy attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a B. Tech. in Systems Software. Karen then attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1997, studying Learning Organizations but did not receive a degree. In February 2015, they obtained a Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect certification from Zachman International and also holds a ZCEA1 certification from the same institution.
