Mariana Peralta

Mariana Peralta is an experienced educator and entrepreneur currently serving as the Founder of EduWave Weekly, an EdTech newsletter, since December 2023. Mariana has held the position of K-8 Spanish Teacher at Elysian Charter School of Hoboken since October 2019 and previously taught K-6 Spanish at Learning Community Charter School from September 2017 to October 2019. Mariana's career began at Mathematica Policy Research as a Project Assistant from September 2015 to July 2017, following an impactful role as a Campus Campaign Coordinator for Teach For America. Educationally, Mariana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Arizona and a Teaching Certification in Elementary Education from Scottsdale Community College.
