Ria M. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the beauty and tech industries. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Partner at Sudo Laboratories since 2019, Ria leads financial operations within a venture studio focused on developing impactful digital products. Additionally, Ria actively participates in Exposure Therapy, a community dedicated to innovative strategy practices, and has recently advised Kulfi, a beauty brand that celebrates South Asian culture. Previously, Ria held key finance leadership roles at EM Cosmetics and IPSY, contributing to the growth and establishment of both brands. Ria's career began at Deloitte as an Audit Senior, followed by roles at The Culinary Institute of America and Epicure Patisserie. Ria holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Accounting and Journalism from the University of Oregon.
