Arthur Trentin is a seasoned digital design engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Design Engineer at EM Microelectronic since May 2024, Arthur previously held roles such as Lead MTS Logic Design Engineer and Senior MTS Logic Design Engineer at Rambus and Inside Secure, respectively. Arthur's expertise includes designing MACSEC/IPSEC IP and developing and debugging RTL codes, with a focus on power optimization and documentation methodologies. Academic foundations were laid with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, complemented by further studies at the University of North Texas. Today most of its revenues come from markets that are not related to the watch industry. At equal priority EM produces ICs for various applications such as communication, computer peripherals, logistics, security, access control, industrial, animal identification, consumer markets, automotive sectors and so on. EM is an international company serving customers all over the world. We have our own production facility and also use external foundries.
