Tobias Schwab

Tobias Schwab is an accomplished professional in the field of display technologies and human-machine interfaces (HMI), currently serving as the Head of Connected Modules & Displays at EM Microelectronic since August 2019. In this role, Tobias leads design, development, industrialization, and production teams dedicated to HMI and IoT devices, ensuring high-quality products and tailored solutions across consumer, industrial, and automotive markets. Previous experience includes roles as Business-Unit & Operations Manager for Display and Touch at EM Microelectronic, Lead Engineer for Display Technologies at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol, and a Research Scientist focused on OLEDs at the Institut für Angewandte Photophysik - TU Dresden. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Physics and a Diploma in Physics from Technische Universität Dresden.
