Wim Doedel is an experienced professional in yield engineering and process integration, currently serving as the Yield Engineering and Process Integration Manager at EM Microelectronic since June 2007, overseeing approximately 20 engineers on an 8" production line. Prior to this role, Wim worked as the Industrial Process Integration Manager at NXP Semiconductors in Crolles, France, managing a diverse team of 25 in the industrialization of 90 and 120 nm CMOS technologies. Wim held various positions at Philips Semiconductors, including Section Manager for Process Integration and Advanced CMOS, and contributed to the development of multiple technologies across different wafer sizes. Educational qualifications include a degree in Chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology.
