Anthony Ngo

Anthony Ngo, CFM, currently serves as Assistant General Manager & Sustainability Officer at EM Services Pte Ltd since July 2013, where responsibilities include driving sustainability practices and implementing initiatives aligned with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 and national net-zero 2050 commitment. As the Senior Property Manager for a 15,000 HDB-unit division in Tanjong Pagar Town, Anthony oversaw housing infrastructure and community living for 40,000 residents, managed solar energy initiatives, and coordinated significant funding for town improvement projects. Previous experience includes a role as Property Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle and a Marketing Assistant at Corporate Solutions, Asia Pacific. Anthony holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
