Daniel Rezende

Daniel Rezende serves as the Managing Director at EMA Partners since October 2022, a prominent global executive search and leadership advisory firm established in 1988. In addition, Daniel has held the position of Managing Director at Dasein Executive Search since June 2005, where Dasein represents rich and fertile meanings of existence and presence, drawing from existentialist philosophy. Daniel has been a member of the AESC since January 2010. Daniel's educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, obtained from 1989 to 1994.
