Natalia Godoy Dueñas has extensive work experience in consultancy and executive search. Natalia worked as the Leader of Consultancy at Natalia Godoy Consultores Organizacionales since 2013, focusing on middle and senior management recruitment in various sectors. Prior to that, they held the role of Leader of Consultancy at the same company since 2000. Natalia is currently the Managing Partner at EMA Partners Colombia, a global executive search firm with offices worldwide. Natalia joined EMA Partners International in 2019 and continues to fulfill senior executive and talent management needs for clients.

Natalia Godoy Dueñas pursued their degree in Psychology at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1987 to 1992.
