Gianluca Mancini

Gianluca Mancini serves as the Testing Systems and Automation Supervisor at Emak S.p.A. since November 2020, previously holding positions as R&D Test Engineer and R&D Test Engineer Intern. Responsibilities include optimizing combustion in stratified charge two-stroke engines, conducting reverse engineering, setting up sensors for engine testing, and analyzing test data, utilizing tools such as magnetic hysteresis engine test benches and AVL fuel balance systems, alongside software like CATIA V5 and LabVIEW. Prior experience as a Powertrain Engineer at MMR - MoRe Modena Racing involved CFD throttle model validation and Formula SAE car data acquisition. Gianluca holds a Master’s degree in Vehicle Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari.
