Gurkan Ustunkar

Gurkan Ustunkar is currently the Head of B2B Commerce at EmakinaTR. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director and Co-founder of Cloudcrazy, part of Emakina Group. Gurkan has also held positions as the Program Director, B2B Commerce at OSF Global Services and the Head of B2B Commerce MENA at Emakina.TR. In addition, they have served as the Deputy General Manager at EMAKINA.TR and the Director, Salesforce Center of Excellence at Avandel. Gurkan is also a Co-Founder of Formetre.

Gurkan Ustunkar has a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, an M.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University. Gurkan Ustunkar also has high school level education in Science / Math from İzmir Atatürk Lisesi. In addition, Gurkan Ustunkar has certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and Salesforce Accredited B2B Commerce Administrator. Gurkan Ustunkar also has certification from RapidMiner, Inc. in RapidMiner Analyst and certification from Tealium in AudienceStream Basic.
