Shruti Tewary

Shruti Tewary is a Research and Development Executive at Emami Ltd since April 2025, with prior experience as a Laboratory Intern at SUN SEA COSMETICS SRL, where formulation and characterization of hair and face serums were key roles. Shruti worked as a Testing Personnel at the Bureau of Indian Standards, focusing on quality testing of packaged drinking water and materials, and gained expertise in various analytical techniques. Participation in the Unilever x thinkHER ambition - InspireMe Programme involved collaboration on a hair care product project, while academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Advanced Cosmetic Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and an Executive Diploma in Cosmetic Technology from IGMPI.
