Maheshi Ranasinghe has extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Operations, currently serving as Vice President at eMarketingEye since August 2015, after progressing through several roles including Director and Head of Human Resource Management & Operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing Performance Management, Training & Development, Employer-Employee relations, and Strategic HR initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Etisalat Lanka (Private) Limited, where Maheshi held roles from HR Executive to Senior Executive in HR and Administration. Maheshi possesses a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Personnel Management - Sri Lanka and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
