Frank Shuster has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Frank started their career in 1990 at Quantum Chemical Corporation, working as a Sales Representative and later as a Product Development/Technical Service Engineer. After that, they joined Union Camp/Arizona Chemical in 1996 as an Account Manager. In 2000, they became a Principal Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation, where they developed expertise in business case development and IT strategy. Frank then joined ExactTarget in 2006 as an Implementation Consultant/Solution Architect. In 2008, they worked at ANGEL Learning as a Senior Project Manager, where they created service offerings and managed implementation plans for an analytics product. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Blackboard as a Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, leading development teams and managing software releases for Blackboard Learn products. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Emarsys in various roles, including Solutions Consultant, Digital Strategist/Customer Experience Consultant, Head of Data Strategy, Services, and Director of Strategic Services for the Americas. In their most recent role at Emarsys, they serve as the Director of Strategic Adoption for the Americas, managing a group of services sellers and overseeing strategic services, campaign services, and project management teams. Throughout their career, Frank has demonstrated leadership, client relationship management, and an ability to achieve revenue targets.
Frank Shuster completed their education with an MBA degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Marketing, Finance, and Internet Strategy. Prior to that, they obtained a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various subjects such as Certified Scrum Product Owner, Big Data in Education, Machine Learning, Introduction to Data Science, Data Analysis, and Computing for Data Analysis from different institutions including Scrum Alliance and Coursera.
