Isabel Wong has been working with Emarsys since May 2012, starting as a Client Support Team Leader APAC. Isabel has shown great leadership skills in leading the front-line Client Support Managers, improving processes for efficient work, time management, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Isabel later took on the role of Account Manager, handling valuable clients, preparing and presenting CRM meetings, and providing trainings. Prior to joining Emarsys, Isabel was an Ecommerce Executive at S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD, where Isabel developed strategic co-operations with different brands and analyzed market trends.
