Technical Support Team Lead at Emarsys

Iván Török has a diverse work experience spanning over various companies. Iván started their career at EDS Hungary Ltd as an IT Helpdesk Agent in June 2005 and later worked as a Training Coordinator in August 2006. In 2006, they also joined IBM DSS as a Failure Analyst Engineer, Customer Quality Support, before transitioning to the role of CQS from August 2007 to June 2010. In 2010, Iván worked as a QA Engineer at LogMeIn, where they manually tested join.me beta and LogMeIn Rescue. Iván then moved to Perceptive Software in January 2011, where they served as a Product Support Engineer until February 2013, before transitioning to the role of Product Support Specialist until February 2017. Currently, they are employed at Emarsys, starting as a Support Engineer in February 2017 and later moving up to the role of Technical Support Team Lead in April 2018.

Iván Török completed their high school education at Scholae Piae High School in Kecskemét in 1996. Iván then attended Kinizsi Pál High School in Abony from 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Budapest Polytechnic from 1999 to 2005.
