Thu Trang has extensive experience in the retail and logistics sectors, currently serving as Deputy Manager in the Fresh Food Division at EMART VIETNAM since January 2019, focusing on category KPI management, sales and profit targets, pricing strategies, and promotional planning. Previously, Thu Trang worked at Samsung SDI from September 2013 to May 2016 as a Korean translator and interpreter, responsible for translation, interpretation, and data analysis for the Production team. Thu Trang holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Sheffield Hallam University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Duksung Women's University (2009-2013).
