Carma Lecuyer has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Carma started their career at the Institute for International Research (IIR) as Country Manager from 1998 to 2001. Carma then moved on to Xeye in 2003 as Vice President, Human Resources and was responsible for the entire HR function in Canada and the United States. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as Vice President Human Resources Americas at Odyssey Financial Technologies. In 2010, they joined Knowledge First Financial as Head of Human Resources before being promoted to Vice President People and Culture at Knowledge First in 2012. Presently, Carma is working as Vice President People and Culture at Embark since 2023.
Carma Lecuyer obtained a Mini-MBA from Schulich ExecEd in 2020. In 2004, they attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management to complete an Advanced Program of Human Resources. Furthermore, they received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Manitoba between 1989 and 1993.
