Yaniv Nathan

Yaniv Nathan has extensive work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Yaniv is currently the Vice President of Products & Digital Channel at Embark since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Scotiabank as the Director of Product for Investments and GICs from March 2018 to March 2021, and as the Director of Product for HISA & GICs from May 2016 to March 2018. Before joining Scotiabank, Yaniv was a Senior Product Manager for Payments at TD from June 2014 to May 2016. Yaniv also held the position of Senior Product Manager for GIC at Scotiabank from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2010 to 2012. Yaniv's earlier work experience includes roles such as Solution Engineer at Self Employed from May 2008 to April 2009, Hardware Design Engineer (ASIC) at Qualcomm from April 2007 to May 2008, Hardware Engineer VLSI (Student position) at Siverge Networks from June 2006 to April 2007, and Circuit Design Engineer (Student position) at Intel Corporation from May 2005 to June 2006.

Yaniv Nathan holds an MBA degree in Global Strategy and Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, Yaniv has obtained certifications in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) and Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org.
