Diane Croskerry

Diane Croskerry has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Diane currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Governance at Embark Group since August 2022. Previously, from 2014 to 2022, they worked at Nest - National Employment Savings Trust where they held multiple roles, including Senior Member of the Corporate Secretariat, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and Corporate Secretarial Assistant. At Nest, they focused on advising on Board and Committee governance, regulatory obligations, and providing corporate secretarial support. Additionally, they had a secondment at The Pensions Ombudsman from October 2019 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, Diane worked at CXK Limited from 2007 to 2013, where they served as an Executive Research Officer to the Chair & CEO and a Graduate Research Officer to the CEO. In these roles, they supported the executive team, provided corporate secretarial support, and contributed to key strategic projects.

Diane Croskerry began their education at Nottingham Trent University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Human Services. Diane'sfield of study during this time focused on Social Sciences.

Diane later pursued further education at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society from 2008 to 2010. During this period, Diane completed an MSc program in Policy Analysis & Evaluation, with a specialization in Quantitative Research.
