Mona Eskariyat

Mona Eskariyat, MSM-BA, currently serves as the Customer Success Manager at Embark Safety since November 2019, leading the Customer Success Team and collaborating with sales and marketing to enhance product adoption and manage over 1,000 client accounts, including Partner accounts. Prior to this role, Mona was an Account Representative, focusing on onboarding new customers and improving communication and training. Mona's experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at RadiusPoint, where responsibilities included transforming telecom and utility data into strategic insights and organizing conferences, and as a Patient Access Representative and Nutrition Assistant at UCHealth, aiding patients in the outpatient transplant clinic and educating high-risk patients about dietary compliance. Mona holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of Colorado Denver.
