Karen Hinchy

Karen Hinchy has over 27 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Karen began their career in 1994 as a Staff Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Karen then joined Mars, Inc. - Mars Information Services in 1996, where they held multiple roles until 2003. During this time, they were a Senior Manager - IT Sales Systems from 2003-2005, a Senior Business Systems Manager from 2005-2009, and an IT Director - Global Chocolate Segment from 2009-2011. Karen then moved to Mars IS in 2015, where they served as Global IT Director - Global Finance Shared Services, HR, and Procurement until 2018. From 2018-2022, they served as IT Director, Procurement and Program Delivery: Corporate Functions at Mars Global Services - Digital Technologies. Karen is currently employed at Embark Veterinary as Research Operations Manager and Research Assistant, Survey Science.

Karen Hinchy attended Stevens Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a BE in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Literature.
