Shavonne Gray

Shavonne Gray, LPC, currently serves as the Enrollment Director and Clinical Therapist at Embark Behavioral Health since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as an IOP Clinical Therapist for adolescents at Dominion Hospital from April 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities involved conducting biopsychosocial assessments, handling insurance authorizations, and leading group and individual therapy sessions. Shavonne also completed counseling internships at The Family Place and a Private Practice in Psychiatry Intensive Outpatient Treatment Clinic, gaining experience in client intakes, domestic violence group facilitation, and psycho-educational group co-facilitation. Earlier roles include Clinical Case Management Coordinator at Metrocare Services, providing case management to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health issues.
