Ellis Wilson

Ellis Wilson has a strong work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, with a focus on clinical operations and development. They currently serve as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at EmbarkNeuro, where they are responsible for planning and executing clinical programs, establishing collaborations, and working with key stakeholders. Prior to that, Ellis held positions such as Vice President, Global Head of Clinical Operations at VistaGen Therapeutics, where they built and led a clinical operations team, and Vice President of Clinical Development at NeuroRx, where they oversaw the full clinical development continuum. Ellis also has experience at Pharmaceutical Product Development, where they served as Executive Director of Commercial Strategy Lead, and at WavoDyne Therapeutics as the Vice President of Product Development. They began their career at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals as Senior Director of Project Coordination, leading phase III clinical development programs. Ellis has also worked at Merck, where they were involved in project coordination for a large international clinical trial. Additionally, Ellis has provided strategic consulting services as a Principal at Glenmoore Group and has expertise in areas such as project management, regulatory submissions, clinical development, and alliances.

Ellis Wilson pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, which they completed between 1975 and 1980. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Services Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, studying from 1982 to 1984. In 1999, Ellis attended Temple University, where they achieved a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, which they completed in 2001. Lastly, from 2005 to 2008, Ellis Wilson pursued an Executive MBA degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
