Jacob Waggoner

Jacob Waggoner, CPA, serves as the Managing Director at Embark since October 2023, bringing extensive financial expertise to the role. Previously, Jacob held the position of Global Controller at Aspira from February 2022 to October 2023 and served as Assistant Controller at ECI Software Solutions from December 2019 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, Jacob was the Manager of Corporate Accounting at Solera Holdings, Inc. from January 2016 to December 2019, and the Enterprise Accounting Supervisor at DynCorp International from June 2014 to January 2016. Early career experience includes working as an Auditor/Analyst at Deloitte & Touche LLP from January 2013 to June 2014. Jacob Waggoner holds a Master of Accounting from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of North Texas.
