Jenny Frank

Jenny Frank is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Embark since July 2022, Jenny focuses on providing financial advisory services and improving financial environments. Previously, as Chief Accounting Officer at Voyager Space, Jenny built and oversaw the accounting function for the holding company and subsidiaries. Additionally, Jenny held various senior roles at ServiceSource, including SVP Chief Accounting Officer and VP Corporate Controller, managing global accounting teams and overseeing corporate financial operations. Jenny's earlier experience includes key positions at DCT Industrial, EKS&H, and Anton Collins Mitchell LLP, with a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
